Documentation explaining how the Drelet AI Chatbot works, its scope, limitations, meeting automation logic, and optional Google Calendar integration.
The Drelet AI Chatbot is a custom-built website assistant designed to communicate with your visitors in real time. It responds to questions, provides structured information about your services, and guides conversations toward meaningful actions such as booking a meeting or requesting further details. The chatbot operates directly on your website and is available to visitors 24/7.
Each chatbot is configured specifically for your business using the information provided during onboarding. This includes your services, positioning, frequently asked questions, and communication preferences. The system is structured to respond only within the scope of the data supplied. For detailed information about how your data is handled, stored, and processed, please refer to See How Your Data Is Stored And Used.
The chatbot is designed to assist existing website traffic. It does not independently generate leads or increase visitor numbers. Its purpose is to improve response time, streamline communication, and help convert interested visitors into scheduled meetings.
Before deployment, Drelet conducts a structured discovery session with the business to understand service offerings, target audience, communication style, and operational goals. This step ensures that the chatbot is configured accurately and remains aligned with the business’s positioning.
During the onboarding process, relevant business details such as services, frequently asked questions, scheduling preferences, and availability windows are collected. These details are used to configure the chatbot’s response structure and meeting workflow.
The discovery session does not involve technical system access or credential sharing beyond what is required for optional integrations such as calendar synchronization. Businesses remain in control of their accounts and authorization settings.
This onboarding process helps ensure clarity, reduce configuration errors, and improve the overall accuracy of chatbot responses.
The Drelet AI Chatbot is embedded directly into your website and becomes instantly available to visitors. Once active, it listens to user messages and generates responses based on the business information provided during onboarding. The system operates continuously, allowing visitors to receive assistance at any time without waiting for manual replies.
The conversation flow is structured to keep interactions clear and goal-oriented. When a visitor asks a question, the chatbot retrieves relevant information and responds in a controlled manner. If the visitor shows intent to move forward, the chatbot gradually guides the conversation toward collecting required details.
When a meeting is scheduled, the chatbot records the provided information and automatically notifies your business. This structured automation reduces manual coordination and ensures important inquiries are not overlooked. The complete meeting scheduling process is explained in more detail in the next section.
When a visitor expresses interest in scheduling a meeting, the chatbot transitions the conversation into a structured booking sequence. The objective is to collect all necessary information clearly and efficiently without requiring manual back-and-forth communication.
Once the booking is completed, your business receives an automated email notification from Drelet containing the meeting details. All collected information, including contact details and selected time, is also accessible inside the Drelet dashboard for review and management.
If Google Calendar integration is enabled, the scheduled meeting will additionally appear directly in your connected Google Calendar. This ensures visibility across both the Drelet system and your existing scheduling workflow.
The Drelet AI Chatbot is provided as an automation and communication tool. Its primary function is to assist with responding to website visitors and facilitating meeting scheduling. It is not designed to operate beyond this scope.
Drelet does not guarantee revenue growth, lead generation, sales conversions, or business outcomes of any kind. The chatbot does not independently create traffic or attract new visitors. It works only with the traffic already coming to your website.
The chatbot should be viewed as a support system that improves response efficiency and scheduling automation. Business decisions, client handling, and conversion processes remain under the full responsibility of the customer.
Drelet offers an optional Google Calendar synchronization feature as a paid add-on service. This integration allows meetings scheduled through the chatbot to automatically appear inside your connected Google Calendar.
When enabled, the chatbot checks availability based on your connected calendar and records confirmed bookings directly within your existing scheduling system. This eliminates the need to manually transfer meeting details from the Drelet dashboard into your calendar.
The integration is available only to customers who have purchased the add-on. It can be selected during checkout or activated at any time after purchasing the chatbot service.
Without this add-on, meetings remain fully accessible inside the Drelet dashboard and through email notifications. Calendar synchronization is provided as a convenience feature for businesses that prefer centralized scheduling.
No. The chatbot is not a simple rule-based system with fixed answers. It generates responses dynamically using AI, based on the information provided during onboarding. However, it is structured to stay within the scope of your business data to maintain relevance and consistency.
The chatbot is designed to communicate in a natural and conversational tone. While it follows structured logic for clarity and accuracy, it does not operate like a rigid scripted bot. That said, as an AI system, minor phrasing imperfections may occasionally occur.
The chatbot is configured to respond only within the boundaries of your provided business information. It is not intended to provide unrelated advice or operate beyond the services you define.
No. The chatbot acts as a support assistant for handling common inquiries and booking meetings. Complex decisions, negotiations, and client management remain the responsibility of your team.
