Documentation outlining what information Drelet collects, how it is used, how long it is retained, and the role of third-party providers in delivering chatbot and scheduling functionality.
Drelet is committed to handling business and visitor information with clarity and responsibility. This document explains what information is collected through the Drelet platform, how it is used, and the boundaries of Drelet’s role in processing and storing that data.
The Drelet AI Chatbot operates by using business-provided information to respond to website visitors and coordinate meetings. During this process, certain account details, conversation records, and scheduling information are stored to ensure service continuity and dashboard visibility for the business.
Data collected through the platform is used strictly to operate the chatbot, facilitate communication, and maintain system functionality. Drelet does not collect unrelated personal information or payment credentials. Where third-party services are required to deliver core features, data processing is limited to what is necessary for that functionality.
Drelet collects information necessary to operate the chatbot, manage accounts, and coordinate meetings. The platform is designed to collect only what is required for functionality and service delivery.
Drelet does not collect or store credit card numbers, debit card information, or other direct payment credentials. Payment processing is handled securely by PayPal. For additional information regarding billing, refer to /docs/payments.
Information collected through Drelet is used strictly to operate the chatbot, manage account functionality, and facilitate communication between businesses and their website visitors. The platform processes this information to generate responses, coordinate meetings, and maintain structured records within the dashboard.
Business-provided details such as services, availability, and communication preferences are used to configure how the chatbot responds to visitor inquiries. Visitor-submitted information, including contact details and selected meeting times, is used solely for scheduling coordination and follow-up communication by the business.
Conversation history is retained to provide visibility inside the Drelet dashboard, allowing businesses to review past interactions, monitor performance, and track inquiries over time. This historical record supports operational continuity and performance insights but is not used for unrelated commercial purposes.
Subscription status information is used to manage service access and feature availability. Drelet does not use collected data for advertising, resale, or independent marketing activities.
Drelet uses integrated AI services to generate chatbot responses based on the business information provided during onboarding. These automated systems allow the chatbot to respond to visitor inquiries in real time and guide conversations toward structured outcomes such as meeting scheduling.
When generating a response, only a limited portion of the recent conversation is processed to maintain contextual accuracy. Full historical conversation records are not continuously transmitted for response generation. This approach helps balance relevance with data minimization.
AI processing is performed through third-party service providers selected to support reliable response generation. Data shared for this purpose is limited to what is necessary to generate replies and remains subject to the respective provider’s policies.
Automated processing within Drelet is used solely to enable chatbot functionality and does not involve independent profiling, advertising, or resale of collected information.
Drelet stores collected information within secure cloud-based infrastructure designed to support reliability, controlled access, and operational continuity. Data is retained in structured storage systems that allow businesses to access conversation history, meeting records, and account information through their dashboard.
Each business account operates independently within the platform. Access controls are implemented to ensure that one business cannot access the data of another. Information is logically separated at the account level to maintain structured isolation between clients.
Access to stored information is restricted to authorized system processes required to deliver the service. Drelet does not provide public access to stored data and does not expose conversation or scheduling records outside of the authenticated business account.
While Drelet implements structured safeguards, no online platform can guarantee absolute security. Businesses are encouraged to use strong account credentials and maintain responsible access practices.
Drelet offers optional calendar synchronization features that allow scheduled meetings to appear directly within a connected calendar account. This integration is activated only when a business chooses to enable it and provides the necessary authorization.
When calendar synchronization is enabled, Drelet stores the authorization credentials required to create and manage events within the connected account. These credentials are used strictly for scheduling functionality and are not accessed for unrelated purposes.
Calendar integration allows the chatbot to confirm availability and automatically create meeting entries based on visitor-selected dates and times. If the feature is not enabled, meeting information remains accessible solely within the Drelet dashboard and through notification emails.
Businesses may revoke calendar access at any time through their connected account settings, which will disable further automated scheduling actions within the integrated calendar.
Drelet does not collect, process, or store credit card numbers, debit card information, or other direct payment credentials. All payment transactions are handled by authorized third-party payment processors.
When a business subscribes to Drelet services, billing information is processed directly through the selected payment provider. Drelet receives and stores only subscription-related details such as billing status, service plan information, renewal dates, and transaction references necessary to manage account access.
Payment credentials remain subject to the security and privacy policies of the respective payment processor. Drelet does not access or retain sensitive financial authentication data.

Drelet retains collected information for as long as it is necessary to provide service continuity, dashboard visibility, and operational functionality. Conversation history and meeting records are stored to allow businesses to review past interactions, monitor inquiries, and maintain performance tracking.
Conversation records are not automatically removed after a fixed period. They remain accessible within the business dashboard unless a deletion request is submitted.
Individual chat messages cannot be selectively deleted in order to preserve record integrity and prevent misuse. However, businesses may request deletion of a specific visitor’s full conversation history or request removal of their account data.
Upon verified request, Drelet will process data deletion in accordance with service terms and applicable operational requirements.
Drelet relies on selected third-party service providers to deliver essential platform functionality. These providers support features such as AI-generated responses, payment processing, and optional calendar synchronization.
When required to deliver a specific feature, limited information may be processed by the relevant provider. Such processing is restricted to what is necessary to enable that functionality and is subject to the respective provider’s privacy and security policies.
Drelet does not authorize third-party providers to use collected information for unrelated marketing or independent commercial purposes. Data shared through integrations is used solely to fulfill operational requirements.
Businesses choosing to enable optional integrations acknowledge that certain data may be processed externally as part of delivering those selected features.
Drelet provides the technical infrastructure required to operate the AI chatbot and meeting coordination system. The business using the platform remains responsible for how the chatbot is presented, configured, and used on its website.
Businesses are responsible for ensuring that they have an appropriate legal basis to collect and process visitor information through their website, including compliance with applicable data protection or privacy regulations in their jurisdiction.
Drelet does not provide legal advice and does not determine how businesses communicate their privacy disclosures to website visitors. It is the responsibility of each business to maintain accurate privacy notices and inform visitors about data collection practices.
By using the Drelet platform, businesses acknowledge their role in managing visitor interactions, follow-up communication, and regulatory compliance related to the use of collected information.
