1. Introduction
These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Drelet, an AI chatbot and meeting automation platform operated by an individual based in Jaipur, Rajasthan, India ("Drelet", "we", "us", or "our").
These Terms govern your access to and use of the Drelet website, dashboard, chatbot services, integrations, and related functionality (collectively, the "Service").
By accessing, registering for, or using the Service, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not access or use the Service.
If you are using the Service on behalf of a business or organization, you represent and warrant that you have the authority to bind that entity to these Terms.
2. Description of Services
Drelet provides an AI-powered chatbot and meeting automation platform designed to assist businesses in responding to website visitors, collecting contact information, and coordinating scheduling workflows. The Service includes access to a dashboard, chatbot configuration tools, automation features, and optional third-party integrations such as calendar synchronization and payment processing.
The Service operates using automated systems that generate responses based on business-provided information and configured settings. While Drelet is intended to support communication efficiency and operational convenience, it functions as a technology tool and not as a marketing agency, sales service, consulting firm, or revenue-generating guarantee.
Drelet does not guarantee lead generation, sales conversions, customer acquisition, revenue growth, or business performance outcomes of any kind. The effectiveness of the Service depends on multiple external factors including website traffic, business processes, follow-up actions, and market conditions, all of which remain outside Drelet’s control.
Drelet reserves the right to modify, enhance, or discontinue features of the Service at any time, provided that such changes do not materially alter active subscription access without notice.
3. Eligibility
The Service is intended solely for individuals and businesses that are legally capable of entering into binding agreements under applicable law. By accessing or using the Service, you represent and warrant that you are at least eighteen (18) years of age and possess the legal authority to enter into these Terms.
If you are accessing or using the Service on behalf of a company, organization, or other legal entity, you further represent and warrant that you have the authority to bind such entity to these Terms. In such cases, the terms “you” and “your” refer to both the individual user and the entity on whose behalf the Service is being used.
Drelet reserves the right to suspend or terminate access to the Service if it is determined that a user does not meet these eligibility requirements or has provided inaccurate or misleading information during registration.
4. Account Registration & Responsibilities
To access certain features of the Service, you may be required to create an account and provide accurate, current, and complete information. You agree to maintain and promptly update your registration information to ensure its accuracy at all times.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including login details and access to integrated services. Any activity conducted under your account will be deemed your responsibility, whether or not such activity was authorized by you.
You agree to notify Drelet immediately of any unauthorized access, suspected breach of security, or misuse of your account. Drelet shall not be liable for losses resulting from your failure to safeguard account access or from unauthorized use arising from your negligence.
Drelet reserves the right to suspend or restrict access to accounts that contain false, misleading, or incomplete information, or that violate these Terms.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree to use the Service only for lawful business purposes and in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations in your jurisdiction. You may not use the Service in any manner that is fraudulent, deceptive, abusive, harmful, or otherwise unlawful.
Prohibited uses include, but are not limited to:
- Engaging in illegal activities or promoting unlawful conduct
- Operating scams, misleading offers, or deceptive marketing practices
- Sending unsolicited spam or mass automated messaging
- Distributing harmful, offensive, or defamatory content
- Attempting to reverse engineer, interfere with, or disrupt the Service
- Using the Service in a manner that violates the rights of others
Drelet reserves the right to investigate suspected violations and may suspend or terminate access to the Service at its sole discretion if it determines that a user has violated these Terms or is engaging in activities deemed inappropriate, unethical, or harmful.
Suspension or termination under this section may occur without prior notice where necessary to protect the integrity of the Service or prevent potential harm.
6. AI & Automated Processing Disclaimer
The Service utilizes automated artificial intelligence systems to generate chatbot responses, assist with scheduling workflows, and process structured business information. These systems operate based on configured inputs and automated processing logic.
AI-generated responses may contain inaccuracies, incomplete information, or unintended outputs. Drelet does not guarantee the accuracy, reliability, completeness, or suitability of AI-generated content for any specific business purpose.
You acknowledge that the Service functions as an automation tool and does not provide legal, financial, medical, or professional advice. You are solely responsible for reviewing chatbot outputs, validating information, and determining whether responses are appropriate before relying on them for business decisions.
Drelet shall not be liable for losses, damages, missed opportunities, or business outcomes arising from reliance on automated responses, scheduling outputs, or system-generated information.
7. Fees, Billing & Subscriptions
Access to the Service requires payment of applicable fees. Drelet charges a one-time, non-refundable onboarding and configuration fee of $399 USD for initial setup and system customization.
Subscription plans are offered on a monthly or yearly basis. All pricing is displayed in United States Dollars (USD). By subscribing to the Service, you authorize recurring billing for the selected subscription plan until cancellation.
Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle unless cancelled prior to the next renewal date. You may cancel your subscription at any time; however, cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing period. No partial refunds or prorated credits will be issued.
Payment processing is handled by authorized third-party payment providers. Drelet does not store credit card or direct financial credentials. Failure to complete payment may result in suspension or termination of access to the Service.
8. Strict No-Refund Policy
Due to the digital, automated, and customized nature of the Service, all payments made to Drelet are final and non-refundable.
The one-time onboarding and configuration fee covers system setup, technical configuration, customization, and implementation work performed prior to or during activation of the Service. As this work involves immediate allocation of time and technical resources, the setup fee is strictly non-refundable.
Subscription fees, whether billed monthly or yearly, are also non-refundable. Cancellation of a subscription prevents future renewals but does not entitle you to a refund or credit for any unused portion of the current billing cycle.
By purchasing the Service, you acknowledge and agree to this no-refund policy.
9. Service Availability
Drelet is designed to operate continuously and is generally accessible on a 24-hour basis. However, Drelet does not guarantee uninterrupted availability, error-free operation, or continuous access to the Service.
The Service may experience interruptions, delays, or temporary unavailability due to maintenance, system updates, technical issues, third-party service disruptions, infrastructure failures, or circumstances beyond Drelet’s reasonable control.
Drelet shall not be liable for losses, damages, missed opportunities, or business impact arising from temporary downtime, service interruptions, or performance limitations.
Drelet reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue portions of the Service where necessary for maintenance, security, or operational improvements.
10. Intellectual Property
All rights, title, and interest in and to the Drelet platform, including its software, source code, design, structure, workflows, branding, trademarks, and related materials, remain the exclusive property of Drelet.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable right to access and use the Service solely for your internal business purposes in accordance with these Terms. No ownership rights are transferred to you.
You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, reverse engineer, decompile, attempt to extract source code, or create derivative works based on any part of the Service without prior written consent.
You retain ownership of your business content, configuration data, and information submitted through the Service. By using the Service, you grant Drelet a limited license to process such information solely for the purpose of providing and operating the Service.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Drelet shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, punitive, or exemplary damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of business opportunities, loss of data, or business interruption, arising out of or related to the use of the Service.
Drelet’s total aggregate liability for any claims arising from or related to the Service shall not exceed the total subscription fees paid by you during the one (1) month immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
The one-time onboarding and configuration fee is expressly excluded from the calculation of liability and shall not be considered in determining any liability cap.
You acknowledge that the Service is provided as a technology tool and that you assume responsibility for evaluating and implementing outputs generated through the platform.
12. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Drelet and its operator from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or related to:
- Your use or misuse of the Service
- Your violation of these Terms
- Your violation of any applicable law or regulation
- Content, information, or materials provided by you
This indemnification obligation applies to claims brought by third parties, including customers, visitors, regulatory bodies, or other entities arising from your business operations or implementation of the Service.
Drelet reserves the right to assume exclusive control of the defense of any matter subject to indemnification, at your expense.
13. Termination
Drelet reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or terminate your access to the Service at its sole discretion if it determines that you have violated these Terms, engaged in unlawful conduct, or used the Service in a manner that is harmful, abusive, or inappropriate.
Suspension or termination may occur without prior notice where necessary to protect the integrity, security, or proper operation of the Service.
You may cancel your subscription at any time in accordance with the billing terms described above. Cancellation prevents future renewals but does not entitle you to a refund of fees already paid.
Upon termination, your access to the Service may be disabled and certain data may be retained as required for operational, legal, or compliance purposes.
14. Privacy
Your use of the Service is subject to Drelet’s Privacy Policy, which describes how information is collected, processed, stored, and protected in connection with the Service.
By using the Service, you acknowledge that you have reviewed the Privacy Policy and understand how your information and the information submitted through the chatbot platform may be handled.
The Privacy Policy forms an integral part of these Terms. In the event of any inconsistency between these Terms and the Privacy Policy, the terms of this agreement shall govern with respect to contractual obligations.
15. Changes to Terms
Drelet reserves the right to update, modify, or revise these Terms at any time to reflect changes in the Service, business practices, legal requirements, or operational needs.
Updated versions of these Terms will be posted on the website with a revised “Last Updated” date. It is your responsibility to review the Terms periodically to remain informed of any changes.
Continued use of the Service after any modifications become effective constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the updated Terms, you must discontinue use of the Service.
16. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to conflict of law principles.
Any disputes, claims, or controversies arising out of or relating to the Service or these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Jaipur, Rajasthan, India.
By using the Service, you expressly consent to the jurisdiction and venue of such courts and waive any objection based on inconvenience of forum or similar grounds.
