1. Introduction
This Privacy Policy describes how Drelet, operated by an individual based in Jaipur, Rajasthan, India ("Drelet", "we", "us", or "our"), collects, uses, stores, and processes information in connection with its AI chatbot and meeting automation platform (the "Service").
This policy applies to business users of the Service as well as individuals who interact with chatbots powered by Drelet on third-party websites.
Drelet is committed to maintaining transparency regarding the information necessary to operate the Service. The platform is designed to collect only information required for functionality, scheduling workflows, and account management, and does not engage in advertising-based tracking or unrelated data monetization.
By accessing or using the Service, you acknowledge that you have read and understood this Privacy Policy.
2. Information We Collect
Drelet collects information that is necessary to operate and maintain the Service. The types of information collected depend on how the Service is used.
Business Account Information
When a business registers for the Service, we collect account details such as name, email address, contact information, and business-related configuration data including services offered, availability settings, and chatbot preferences.
Visitor-Submitted Information
When individuals interact with a chatbot powered by Drelet, they may voluntarily provide information such as their name, email address, phone number, and meeting preferences. This information is stored to facilitate scheduling and communication workflows on behalf of the business.
Conversation Data
Conversation history between visitors and the chatbot is stored to enable dashboard visibility, operational continuity, and service functionality. Drelet does not selectively edit or manipulate stored conversation records.
Subscription Information
We maintain subscription status and billing records necessary to manage access to the Service. Drelet does not store credit card numbers or direct financial credentials.
3. How We Use Information
Drelet uses collected information strictly for the purpose of operating, maintaining, and improving the Service. Information is processed only to deliver chatbot functionality, scheduling workflows, dashboard access, and subscription management.
Business account information is used to configure chatbot behavior, manage system settings, and enable communication between the business and its website visitors.
Visitor-submitted information is used to facilitate meeting scheduling, notify businesses of inquiries, and maintain structured communication records within the dashboard.
Conversation data is stored to provide historical visibility, operational continuity, and system functionality. Limited portions of recent conversation context may be processed by AI systems to generate relevant chatbot responses.
Drelet does not sell, rent, trade, or share personal information for advertising, marketing, or unrelated commercial purposes.
4. AI & Automated Processing
The Service utilizes third-party artificial intelligence systems to generate chatbot responses and support automated conversation workflows. AI processing is an essential component of the platform’s functionality.
When a chatbot interaction occurs, a limited portion of recent conversation context may be transmitted to the AI provider in order to generate a relevant response. Drelet does not transmit complete historical conversation archives for response generation.
AI processing is performed solely to deliver chatbot functionality. Information transmitted for this purpose is not used by Drelet for advertising, profiling, or unrelated marketing activities.
Use of third-party AI systems is subject to the respective provider’s privacy and data handling policies. Drelet selects providers that support structured and secure data processing practices appropriate for automated systems.
5. Third-Party Service Providers
Drelet relies on selected third-party service providers to deliver core functionality of the Service. These providers assist with AI processing, cloud infrastructure, data storage, payment processing, and optional calendar integration.
Information is shared with third-party providers only to the extent necessary to operate the Service. For example, limited conversation context may be transmitted to AI systems to generate responses, and payment-related data may be processed by authorized payment processors to complete transactions.
Drelet does not store credit card numbers or direct financial credentials. Payment transactions are handled by independent payment service providers in accordance with their own security and privacy standards.
Where calendar synchronization is enabled, relevant scheduling information may be transmitted to the selected calendar provider to create or manage events.
Drelet does not sell personal information to third parties and does not share data for advertising or unrelated commercial use.
6. Browser Storage & Technical Identifiers
To maintain conversation continuity and ensure proper system functionality, the Service may store a technical session identifier within your browser’s local storage.
This session identifier allows the chatbot to recognize an ongoing conversation and associate messages within the same interaction. It is used solely for operational purposes and does not track users across unrelated websites.
Drelet does not use advertising cookies, marketing trackers, analytics tracking scripts, or cross-site behavioral profiling technologies.
You may clear browser storage through your browser settings at any time; however, doing so may reset active conversation sessions.
7. Data Retention
Drelet retains information for as long as necessary to operate the Service, maintain dashboard visibility, and ensure operational continuity.
Conversation records, meeting details, and associated contact information are stored to provide historical visibility within the business dashboard and to support service functionality.
Drelet does not selectively edit, modify, or remove individual conversation messages to preserve record integrity. However, upon verified request from an authorized business account holder, associated conversation data may be deleted in full where operationally feasible.
Certain information may be retained for administrative, compliance, or legal purposes as required by applicable law or to resolve disputes.
8. Data Security
Drelet implements reasonable administrative and technical measures designed to protect stored information from unauthorized access, misuse, or disclosure.
Business accounts are logically separated to ensure that one account cannot access the data of another. Access to stored information is restricted to authorized system processes and operational requirements necessary to deliver the Service.
Drelet relies on reputable infrastructure and service providers that maintain structured security practices appropriate for cloud-based applications.
While reasonable safeguards are implemented, no online system can guarantee absolute security. By using the Service, you acknowledge and accept the inherent risks associated with internet-based data transmission and storage.
9. International Users
Drelet operates from India and utilizes cloud-based infrastructure and third-party service providers that may process or store information in various jurisdictions.
If you access or use the Service from outside India, you acknowledge that your information may be transferred to, processed, and stored in countries that may have data protection laws different from those in your country of residence.
By using the Service, you consent to such cross-border transfer and processing of information where necessary to deliver functionality of the platform.
Drelet implements reasonable measures to ensure that information is handled in a structured and secure manner consistent with the operational needs of the Service.
10. Your Rights
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of information associated with your business account by contacting Drelet directly.
Where technically and operationally feasible, Drelet will make reasonable efforts to respond to verified requests concerning stored information.
Requests must be submitted by an authorized account holder or a verified individual whose information is associated with the Service. Drelet may require verification of identity before processing such requests.
Certain information may be retained where required for administrative, compliance, security, or dispute resolution purposes.
11. Children’s Privacy
The Service is intended for business use and is not directed toward individuals under the age of eighteen (18).
Drelet does not knowingly collect personal information from children. If Drelet becomes aware that information has been submitted by an individual under the age of 18 without appropriate authorization, reasonable steps will be taken to remove such information where feasible.
12. Changes to This Policy
Drelet may update or revise this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in the Service, operational practices, or legal requirements.
Any updates will be posted on the website with a revised “Last Updated” date. It is your responsibility to review this Privacy Policy periodically to remain informed of any changes.
Continued use of the Service after updates become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Privacy Policy.
